Having multiple disciplines and interests, I bring together a wide range of methodologies and cutting edge science, working with and being mentored by some of the worlds leading scientists, doctors and forward thinkers. These are tried and tested techniques that work. All you need is an open mind & heart and I’ll show you how to open your toolbox, dive in and pick what’s perfect for you!
I train and partake in weekly Continuing Professional Development and am qualified with the most professional, influential and ethical educational establishments and have self-invested much time and money in being able to offer you the best authentic practice.
Life coaching is a system of mentoring that can be used both in a person’s professional and personal life. I work with my clients in order to set and achieve goals, find new ways to tackle situations, and also provide my clients with encouragement and feedback as well as constructive accountability to ensure their success. I can help people in all areas of their life, whether they want to achieve something new or unlock that amazing potential and power that we were all born with.
Imagine living life from a balanced, rational and motivated perspective. You will then have choice to be how you want to be and do what you want to do, you can follow your passions, your goals and dreams. This will enable to be free from the limiting beliefs, negative expectations and negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and anger and their associated behaviours such as self doubt, low self esteem, beating yourself up etc. Living from a positive place helps build resilience and coherence in the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of ones life.
The Wellbeing Toolbox offers a range of modalities including Life Coaching, NLP, mBraining, HeartMath breath-work and meditation practices. In addition, I also offer, Walking Therapy, Journal Therapy plus a plethora of holistic modalities. My private practice is based on the principles of ‘Positive psychology’, and I help my clients to focus on the positive events and influences in one’s life.
