NLP stands for ‘Neuro Linguistic Programming’. The name encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language & programming. NLP is about self-discovery, exploring, identity and mission.
I work with people to understand their thinking and behavioural patterns, emotional state, and aspirations. By examining a person’s ‘map of their world’, I can help them find and strengthen the skills that serve them best and assist them in developing new strategies to replace unproductive and unhelpful habits, thoughts, feelings and beliefs, for more useful, positive ones.
NLP produces fast, lasting results and improves understanding of cognitive and behavioural patterns, creates personal change and adopts new behaviours, which in turn helps them in choosing more positive mental and physical states of wellbeing and success. NLP also seeks to build effective communication between conscious and unconscious mental processes to help increase creativity and problem-solving skills.
My outcome for all those who work with is to ‘learn to feel the power of your own identity and step into a future you want’.
